We gather conference details from official sources and try to keep them accurate, but dates, deadlines, venues, and prices can change without notice. Conference Catalog is not the organizer of any listed event. Always confirm details with the official conference website before registering, submitting, or making travel plans. We are not responsible for decisions made based on listings.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and confirm your email address to use an account. Keep your password private — you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@conferencecatalog.com if you think your account has been misused.

Reviews and forum posts

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and share that content on and in connection with the site. You're responsible for what you post, and it must:

• be honest and based on your own experience (no fake reviews or reviews of events you're connected to without saying so);
• be respectful — no harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks;
• not include spam, advertising, or links to malicious sites;

Sample content

While the site launches, some ratings, reviews, and forum posts come from demo accounts to demonstrate how features work. They're labeled Sample and do not represent real attendees' opinions.
