Check the conference itself first — many divisions and SIGs offer graduate student travel awards, but deadlines are months before the event.
Your graduate school and student government likely have separate travel grants. Ours gives up to $500 once a year if you're presenting.
Volunteering at the conference sometimes gets your registration waived. That saved me a few hundred dollars.
